We are a forward-thinking NGO supporting the personal and professional growth of young people across Europe — through cross-border youth exchanges and non-formal education.
That's why our work focuses on three core areas of development.
We help young people deepen their understanding of democratic principles and civic responsibility, making complex ideas like electoral processes accessible and relevant — preparing today's youth to become tomorrow's engaged citizens.
Voice of DemocracyIn regions where seasonal tourism dominates the job market, we equip youth from Romania, Hungary and Slovakia with entrepreneurial skills, knowledge and confidence — opening paths to self-employment and long-term stability.
Entrepreneurial SkillModern life demands flexibility and emotional intelligence. We help young people build lasting relationships, adapt to a changing world and cultivate intrinsic motivation — the driving force behind well-being and creativity.
Involve to EvolveEach project gathers young people from several countries for 10–12 days of non-formal learning, teamwork and friendship — all co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme.
36 young people from Romania, Serbia and North Macedonia explored how democracy works — and how to take an active part in it.
Market research, business planning, finance and negotiation for youth from Romania, Hungary and Slovakia.
Empathy, communication and intrinsic motivation with 48 participants from Romania, Slovakia, Lithuania and Hungary.
To me, this project was also about friendships. I learned how to help others improve, and make them feel welcomed, understood, and heard.
Whether you're a young person looking for opportunities, a partner organisation, or someone who simply shares our values — we'd love to hear from you. Together, we can create a future where youth thrive, not just survive.
